History:

Personality:
I wanna preface this entire personality with the fact that Stitch has a heart of gold. He will put his friends and family above himself in most situations, acting ever much the loyal puppy type without even trying. That is because from start of life on earth he had Lilo he was taught aspects of being kind to people and creatures. So he has a tendency to run into the middle of the road to save tiny little animals.
However, that's just how he acts because of his time with Lilo and on earth in general. Stitch is also a sassy little temperamental child in just as many ways. He is sure of his own intelligence and skills. Especially being able to lift 3,000 times his weight. But not an ounce more, of course. So when he has someone potentially aiming to help him with something, needless to say he will get incredibly defensive over himself. And he will show you right up. And when he does give you so much sass in response.
Of course his temper isn't just defensive. It's aggressive. If someone messes with anyone in his family, and he can easily add you to the list if you so much as feed him, he will be on top of it in a rip you apart fashion. Because if someone messes with someone he likes, he will show all the issues with that there are in the most violent of fashions. He can be calmed down, of course, but it's not the easiest of things to do depending on how much it's gotten.
Temper tantrums. Sure, it could be thrown in with anything else negative, but these are far more little kid kicking and screaming than anything else. Stitch is a picky eater. If he doesn't get food he wants or would like to have, he will pitch a fit. And not the five year old lie on his stomach and kick his feet and punch the ground screaming kind of fit. More like the snappy insults threatening to destroy everything if he doesn't get what he wants and being bitchy about everything until he gets what he wants kind of fit.
Final point over this. He cannot sit still. He refuses to sit still. Everyone who lets him into his house will see him there one second, on the ceiling the next, and he'll be missing the moment after. He is always on the move, sitting still only for food, and even then, that's iffy. He'll get agitated if he sits in one place too long. Making meeting people very easy.
Why do you think your character would work in this setting?
Last thing Stitch will remember is flying through space doing his own Stitch thing as college student!Lilo headed off telling him to be good and behave. "Just because I'm not there anymore won't mean you have any excuse to go back to being an evil experiment. No matter what Jumba says" So fluxxing in to town he'll be so confused it hurts. He'll be on edge and surprisingly very little trigger happy, but he'll be on edge enough to seem more feral than he is.
How do you plan to expand their CR?
He'll be talking to everyone ever at some point, sometimes accidentally because of video or audio, and for the most part, that'll annoy him. If you're in the saloon and he's out adventuring, as he will quite often, he may very likely eye you and your food until he either gets food or you strike up conversation.
Also he will teach people Tantalog because None of you are Lilo or any of his ohana right away why do you want me speaking english.
What will your character do for work?
Stitch can work as a babysitter/entertainment source for all unless someone comes along and says "Come with me for work tiny blue alien" or something. He will be up for anything.

The plan was originally to wait for Lilo once a month so they could hang out. Then Lilo had gotten too caught up with her schooling, so the plan changed to video chatting whenever the two could. Then midterms came about and things got even more difficult. Stitch had slowly begun reverting back to his more chaotic ways entirely. Being more likely to throw temper tantrums like the technically 14 year old he was, become an even pickier eater than he already was, again, throwing more temper tantrums, and even needing to run from Nani because he had rediscovered his nature for stealing peoples left shoes. That... Wasn't his best month and a half...
But by the time the holidays had rolled around and Lilo had come home for the holidays, he was immediately attached to her side, eyeing the guy she had brought home with her suspiciously every chance he got. Of course, when he tried pulling a prank of some sort, the return of the water bottle had kept him at bay "Dunga haga blabla!" Always the immediate response before a defeated huff and his going off to the bedroom to sit in the corner with his stuffed turtle.
That time in the corner gave him more than enough time to think, though. Maybe being in Hawaii wasn't a good thing for him anymore. It was starting to drive him crazy being in one spot, so maybe travelling would be the best option. Maybe not on planet earth or anything, but up in space. Maybe visit earth once in a while. Alright. Regularly revisit earth.
And that's what he told his family when he gathered them to Jumba's still fallen ship. He had let them know that he felt this was the best option in the end, anyway. So, until then, he would do his best to not judge Lilo's choice in guys, and in the end, made a new friend. The guy knew all the right spots to pet and even was so kind as to give him food from his plate during dinner. He wasn't quite far enough in the relationship for the aliens to be comfortable, so the act was still on.
So, when it came high time for goodbyes to be said, Stitch had given Lilo a hug he never wanted to end, scurrying off so the two of them could see each other leave at the same time, and that's what they did. As the blue alien took off and the bus drove off, Stitch looked down to see her leaving on the bus with her boyfriend. So he turned to the radio he had installed in the small ship and began to play the CD he put in there, made by Lilo. And so, he sang along to Aloha 'Oe.
